is there any one knows how to start traing for triathlon?

i want to start training for local triathlon races,and i need help for that!

1.For every four months start a different speed.
January,February,March,April: Walk
May,June,July,August: Jog
September,October,November,December: Run
2. Do each speed for about 2.3 miles each day.
3. On the morning of the triathlon: Wake up early enough to run 3.1 mi.
I hope this helps. It helped me out in cross country.
Depending on your fitness level, If you have not raced or trained before: I would begin with anyone of the 3 activities and build up you endurance. So for example 3-5 times per week run. As you progress, start including other activities
for example modays swim wednesdays bike.. etc..
Later transition from swim to bike then on another day bike then run.
Maybe once a month practice a full race once you feel ready.
Makesure you dont overdo it
