I want to do a sprint triathlon August 3. Today is June 13. I have been training. but?

I’ve been running but am starting the swim and bike training next week.

Is this too soon? Do I have enough time??

    You will be fine if you are in good shape. If you are active regularly and fairly young I’d go for it. If however, you just started working out after a long period of inactivity then pick another date to do it. As for training advice do cardio as much as possible then stop 2 days before the triathalon to let your body rest. Eat lots of carbos the day before and hydrate like crazy the night before… thats all you can do.
