I think a full Triathalon is a 5 mile swim, 50 mile bike and a full marathon, 26.2 miles.

    Good luck.

Any triathlon which has a swim, bike, and run is a “full” triathlon. There are just different race lengths. The sprint courses vary, but typically have a 1/4-1/2 mi swim, 16 mi bike, and 5K (3 mi) run. The olympic distance tri is 1.5 K swim (about a mile), 40 K bike (28 miles) and 10 K run (6.2 mi). The half Ironman is 1.2 mi swim, 56 mi bike, 13.1 mi run. An Ironman race is double this — 2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike, and 26.2 mi run.
