Training for a Triathlon ?

Okay I am 15 years old and I want to start training for a triathlon. I need a few tips on training. Like I know I need to practice swimming, running and cycling but if anyone knows a good workout for me, that would be much appreciated. Oh and I also have a membership to my local gym to help.

    I strongly encourage you to go out for your high school swimming team (probably in the winter). In the fall and spring, go out for cross country and outdoor track to build up your running. In the summer, ride with a local cycling club. All the while, hit the gym and work on overall conditioning.

    Whatever you do, keep it fun. If it gets to feel like drudgery, give it up for a week. The important thing is to keep at it.
